In my recent post about the V-chip, I wrote:
Parents who are up in arms over so-called indecent programming have an incredibly useful tool at their fingertips. If they don't already own a TV with the chip, all they need to do for the ultimate peace of mind is spend a few hundred dollars on a new set.
One reader protested that a few hundred dollars is nothing to sneeze at, and that, besides, a modern big-screen TV
can cost upwards of 3,000 dollars. True enough. In the interest of giving parents maximum and immediate control over what their kids may watch, I hereby offer a great free tool, no FCC or V-chip needed. My pleasure.

But Rogier,
That means that parents would have to gasp watch their own children. You sir, must be a radical who is dedicated to the corruption of our youth because you hate America and Jesus. Off buttons, free choice, what will these people think of next.
