If you lived in the U.K., you too, could be arrested for wearing the wrong T-shirt.

Heh, I'm always shocked at how every few years that shirt makes the news. About 5 years back a kid in Florida was arrested for wearing it in a mall. In that paticular case the officer needed three complaints to make a public disturbance charge, so when he was offended by the shirt he sat the kid down and started asking passersby if they were offended until he had his three complaints. What I find funny is that the band (as well as other bands in the same genre) in question has quite a few t-shirts that are both more extreme and more clearly examples of religious hatred, rather than sophomoric humor (they also tend to be a tan more entertaining). I remember seeing one at a concert a few years back that looked favorably on entertainment involving Christians and Lions...
Seriously, its a band. Its silly extreme black metal. I mean their singer is five foot tall guy with black and blue dreadlock who wears a leather dress. Honestly, I'm a fan and I have trouble holding back the giggles. How can anyone get so worked up over this that they care enough to fill out the paperwork for a court proceding?

Actually, Christian Death had some good tees too. My favorite was Jesus with his head cocked in the "on the cross" pose biting on a tourniquette (sp?) with a needle jammed in his arm. Ah, but high school was so long ago...
