Pentagon: Gays Are 'Practically Retarded'

Committing torture and other crimes against humanity is par for the course in today's military. That's just red-blooded, over-eager, boys-will-be-boys, perfectly healthy American soldiers at work. But when a man kisses another man, well, that's a sure sign of a mental disorder, and such horror must be expunged. The Pentagon itself says so.

A Pentagon document classifies homosexuality as a mental disorder, decades after mental health experts abandoned that position. The document outlines retirement or other discharge policies for service members with physical disabilities, and in a section on defects lists homosexuality alongside mental retardation and personality disorders.
