Remember the United Kingdom and Spain cracking down on thin fashion models? Perversely, India — which has 57 million of the world's 146 million malnourished children under the age of five, according to the U.N. — has now caught the same bug. India's health minister wants to send overly svelte catwalk models home, presumably so they can bulk up on Häagen Dazs and crème brûlée.
