Just an Honest Mistake

Foley_dem On Bill O'Reilly's Fox TV show yesterday, footage of boy-lover Mark Foley was repeatedly captioned, in big letters,

MARK FOLEY (D-FL)

Foley, of course, is a Republican. I'm certain it was just an honest mistake on O'Reilly's part, just like the torrents of other falsehoods he has inadvertently committed.

Oddly, in this screenshot, Foley looks like he could be O'Reilly's brother, doesn't he? I'm just sayin'.

UPDATE
: The Associated Press also says Foley's a Democrat. Oops.

Unbelievable. The sheer chutzpah. The balls. The bastardy. It's breathtakingly Goebbels-esque. And nothing can be done. (Can it? Hoping I'm wrong....)

The big lie-- 'an honest mistake'-- covers the bigger lie, the 'D' itself.

Looks like the "honest mistake" jost got a little bigger. Another FOX show discussing Foley the Democrat: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2006/10/4/142948/585
