America's cultural relationship with it's President/Constitutional Limited-Term Dictator has more than a few eerie echoes of the ancient Egyptian relationship with the Pharaohs. People don't literally believe the President makes the sun rise and the crops thrive, but sometimes it seems they look to him for everything else.

There are a lot of faux libertarians out there and you see some of them at Lew's site. And Lew and many of his posters are way too religious for my taste. However, that said, they consistently attacked Shrub and his Republican facilitators throughout the regime, and Lew, and I'd guess most of his posters, cannot be honestly be called supporters of any of the politicians you have pictured.

Just saying.
